MzansiVoice a research community that is owned by MzansiVoice and its affiliates, a market research Panel that conduct surveys, discussions and online communities for market research purposes. Our panel site gives panellists the opportunity to share views on various topics. We deliver aggregated information of our research to our clients.

The registration process for our panel provides to respondents the opportunity to supply information that will be use strictly for market research purposes.

We request contact information (e.g. e-mail address) and demographic information (e.g. birth date, gender). Each person is required to provide a username and password to access our panel site. Once you become a member of the MzansiVoice panel you agree to receive communications from MzansiVoice and its affiliates concerning activities, invitations and other research/panel related news.

MzansiVoice and its affiliates will not send unrequested commercial e-mails.

MzansiVoice and its affiliates will not disclose any personally identifiable information. We use the details you give to us for internal purpose and share it only for restricted purposes described here. In order to provide you with the services on our sites, we may need to share your information with third parties, our agents, who carry out services on our behalf, such as reward (e.g. gift cards) fulfilment, web hosting, and the like. They may also gather information on our account. Any personal data collected by a third party website is in line with this privacy policy.

The MzansiVoice website may contain links to information on other websites. We do not have any control over these other websites, and therefore we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide while visiting those sites. On our site we may use technologies such as cookies, in our products and in email messages that we send to you. These technologies detect your computer and map your preferences and other data about your visit to our panel website. Device/s you are using to connect with us may be identified. You may access and modify your account information through this website at any time. Every now and then we may also display survey results on the MzansiVoice website. The results that we post are confidential and for panel members only. Please do not share these results with anyone outside this panel.

This information will be used in conformity with the privacy policy under which the information was gathered. If we are going to utilise users’ personally identifiable information in a different way from what was declared at the time of collection, users will be notified via e-mail. In a case where users have unsubscribed, then they will not be contacted, neither will their personal information be used in this new manner. Furthermore, if we make any change in our privacy practices, we will post a notice on our website alerting users of the change and also emailing the changes in our privacy policies.

The security of personal information is important to us at MzansiVoice and its affiliates. We use standard technology and internal processes to protect the information our members share with us. Our database management and maintenance is operated only by authorised employees who have access to process the data.
